               Englewood
                                                          Florida

Snuggled on the Gulf Coast between Sarasota and Fort Myers,
Englewood lies in the south end of Sarasota County and the
west end of Charlotte County. It's tropical beaches and gentle
climate inspires the description of the intimate community's
atmosphere.
Englewood has gone from a small fishing village
established in 1896 to today´s growing waterfront community
of over 48,000 full time residents, and many seasonal residents.
Englewood has been experiencing a rapid growth in population
in the last couple years, as has all of the West Coast Waterfron
communities which can be easily understood as we look at the
amenities available in the community.
  Am anglers paradise,
prime fishing is found in Lemon Bay, Stump Pass, and the Gulf
of Mexico. Know for plentiful Redfish, Grouper, and Snook the
are is also known as the "Tarpon Capital of the World."  The
Englewood Area is blessed with an abundance of wildlife
species from dolphin and manatee in our intercoastal waterway
and charlotte harbor estuaries to bald eagles and osprey in our
skies and fox, armadillo, and turtles on the ground.

Florida is a golfer's dream and draws more golfers than any
other state. The Englewood area alone offers six golf courses and
many more within a half hour's drive. Golfers have ample courses
where they can experience typical Florida play. Naturally, the
most common elements on Florida courses are water and sand.
Challenging elements include the island green and prevailing
coastal winds. But take heart, deep rough is uncommon!

Englewood is in close proximity to Sarasota and Tampa Bay to
our north and Ft. Myers and Naples to our south, which provide
the conveniences of a major metropolitan, as well as a diverse
offering of arts and entertainment.  Tampa's International Airport is
well know and Ft.Myer's  opened in November of 2005 A World
Class International Airport with State of the Art Facilities and the
First in the Nation to be built after 911 with the latest in Security
Features.

Englewood offers all of this, plus Grand homes offering Gulf,
Bayfront, or Golf Course views in a variety of neighborhoods.
